Don't Miss the 24 Hour Theatre Project Performance this Saturday!
Come join us in the PAC this Saturday night for a truly innovative theatrical experience!
In just 24 short hours, students will write, cast, memorize, build, light, and produce several short scripts for a polished public performance. It is truly incredible to see creativty on display in this innovative style of collaborative theatre.
A little more about the project:
Following a model set forth by the 48 Hour Film Project (of which Director Dan Dobrovich and Technical Director Jeremy Rahn have participated in three times, winning Best in Category every time), students will draw genres on Friday night and also receive three elements that must be included into their final performance: a prop, a character name, and a line of dialogue. They then get to work. What traspires is a day full of laughs, inclusion, creativity, and collaboration.
"It's one of my favorite weekends of the year." -Mr D.
Admission is "pay what you can" at the door, with a minimum suggestion of $5.
Curtain at 7pm.
The performance includes special screenings of the films that our Directing Team has made in previous 48 Hour Film Projects.
