Financial Aid Process
Cranbrook Schools is committed to making an exceptional education accessible to qualified students from a wide range of backgrounds. At the Upper School, financial aid grants may cover up to 70% of tuition costs. Grant amounts are determined by each family's demonstrated need and are based on a comprehensive review of income, assets, investments, and other available financial resources.
Financial Aid Process Overview
Applications
New Families: January 31
Returning Families: November 2
- Your application should be completed with your enrollment application to be considered in the first round of decisions
- Please indicate that you are applying for financial aid in your enrollment application
Returning Families: November 2
- You must apply for financial aid every year you wish to be considered.
- Your financial aid decision will be available Mid-January in your Annual Update

Applying for Financial Aid
- Go to Clarity to log in to your account. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to make one.
