Reunion Information

We are looking forward to hosting alumni on campus for our first-ever, All-class HUB Reunion on Saturday, June 10, 2023. In the spirit of ONE Cranbrook, Cranbrook Schools’ annual Reunion Weekend now includes HUB! Come network with fellow alumni and enjoy an afternoon of fun and connection! You’ll have the opportunity to buy HUB branded merchandise, get a robust program update from Director, Lisa Smoots, enjoy drinks before ending the night with strolling dinner and a round of mini golf. Come celebrate the HUB way!

  • Volunteer Opportunities

    HUB alumni are invited to campus to partake in a day of nostalgia, networking, and enjoyment. We are looking for volunteers to help make this day one to remember! Please click here to sign up as a volunteer. Available volunteer spots are limited, so please sign up today!
  • Reunion Schedule

    2:00 PM to 3:00 PM - Campus Tours
    Meet under the tent in the Cranbrook Quad
    If you registered for the CK Reunion and selected this tour, to avoid double registration, please do not register for this option. 

    3:00 PM to 4:00 PM - Horizons-Upward Bound Program Update/Meet the Director, Lisa Reynolds Smoots
    Cranbrook Assembly Hall 
    CK and HUB alumni are welcome to attend and learn more about the program and to meet the Director!

    4:00 PM to 5:00 PM - CK 4A (African American Awareness Association)/HUB Networking Event
    Tremain Common
    CK and HUB alumni are welcome to attend to learn about Cranbrook’s 4A organization and network with one another.

    5:00 PM to 6:00 PM - Reunion Quad Fest – Have a drink on the Quad Cocktail Party | 21 and older (Cash Bar)
    Cranbrook Quad 
    HUB alumni are welcome to attend the Quad Fest from 5:00-6:00pm, followed by the HUB Reunion Dinner and Mini-golf on the Peristyle.  Otherwise, 6:00pm concludes the Quad Fest and all other Reunion activities. 
     
    6:00 PM to 8:30 PM - Dinner on the Peristyle – featuring live music!

    (Cost: $30 per person)
    Please note: This gourmet buffet dinner is exclusively for HUB alumni. 

    6:30 PM to 8:30 PM – Mini Golf

    Please note: Mini golf is a free, optional addition for dinner guests only. Please select this option if you will be attending dinner and plan to play a round of mini golf.

    How do I register for Reunion events?
    Please register for reunion online. This helps to streamline the registration and payment process. You can register online by clicking here

    Is there a costs to attend Reunion?
    There are several activities scheduled for alumni during the HUB Reunion. There is a nominal fee for the strolling dinner and it is $30 per person. There is also an optional cash bar during the Quadfest. Alumni can enjoy all free activities. We encourage alumni to attend and enjoy the strolling dinner connect with other HUB alumni. 

    Can I bring a guest to Reunion?
    Alumni can bring one guest to reunion. Please include your guest when registering.

    Are guests under 21 able to attend? Can children attend?
    We welcome alumni, guests, and children under 21 to attend the HUB Reunion. Guests and children under 21 years of age are welcome to join events on Saturday, with the exception of Quadfest on Saturday night. The Quadfest is a cash bar open to Cranbrook and HUB alumni. Families with children are also welcomed to visit the Cranbrook Art Museum and the Cranbrook Institute of Science June 10-11. The badge you will receive upon check-in will give you free admission during Reunion Weekend. 

    Is this an Alumni Reunion for Cranbrook Schools or HUB? 
    In the spirit of One Cranbook, Cranbrook Schools Reunion Weekend now includes Horizons-Upward Bound! Cranbrook Schools annually hosts Reunion Weekend for Cranbrook Kingswood alumni in June. Hundreds of alumni from all over the country journey to Cranbrook's campus to enjoy an experiential weekend filled with activities. There are activities on Saturday, June 10 that welcome both HUB and CK alumni. The strolling dinner and mini-golf are HUB exclusive reunion activities. HUB Alumni are welcomed to attend the activities we’ve outlined in the schedule on June 10th. HUB Alumni are strongly encouraged to attend the strolling dinner and optional mini-golf to connect with fellow HUB graduates. 

    Where do I park? 
    Parking will be limited. We suggest parking at 550 Lone Pine Rd Bloomfield Hills, MI. 48303. We will walk to each activity. Please wear comfortable footwear. 
  • Join The 1965 Society!

    Founded in 1965, HUB has provided academic and cultural enrichment to students since our founding year. The 1965 Society celebrates charitable alumni to our program and offers an inclusive opportunity for alumni to give back. To be considered a part of the 1965 society, your cumulative giving for the year must have a minimum total of our founding year to the HUB Fund.
