Become a member of the Cranbrook Football program for a week and experience the FUNdamentals of being a Cranbrook Crane at this year’s football camp! Join us for an action-packed football camp designed specifically for young athletes ages 10–13! Whether you're new to the game or looking to sharpen your skills, this camp offers the perfect mix of fundamentals, fun, and competition

Camp Details

(entering grades 5-8 in the Fall of 2025)

General Information
Led by Coach Marcus Green and his staff with demonstrations from current players and a special visit from Detroit Lions players during the week, campers will build their confidence on and off the field with training focused on:
•    Position-specific drills
•    Speed, agility, and footwork Team-building and leadership
•    Safe tackling techniques
•    Game-day strategies and scrimmages
All skill levels welcome! Come ready to learn, compete, and have a blast with new friends who love the game as much as you do. Every camper receives a T-shirt and certificate of completion.

Tuition and Fees - 2025
  • Tuition: $245
  • Cancellation Policy and Refunds
    • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Special and Summer Programs Office and are subject to the cancellation policy below.
      • The $50.00 per week enrollment deposit is non-refundable.
      • Written cancellations received before April 1, 2025, will be eligible for a full refund less the enrollment deposit and any payment processing fees.
      • Written cancellations received between April 1 and May 31, 2025, will be eligible for a 50% refund of total tuition less the enrollment deposit and any payment processing fees.
      • Cancellations received June 1, 2025, or later are not eligible for a refund.
  • Fees
    • Rush Enrollment Fee: $25 after 6/1/2025
    • Late Payment Fee: 10% of balance after 6/1/2025

    • Marcus Green 

      Marcus is a Detroit native that grew up on Detroit's East Side. Marcus attended Penn State University where he was a member of the football team, the club basketball team, a charter member Iota Phi Theta fraternity incorporated and the 2009 Mr. Black Penn State Pageant winner. He graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications for Broadcast Journalism and a Minor in Sociology. After working in the media industry for 6 years (ESPN & ABC World News), Marcus is now committed to being an educator and introducing quality opportunities to the student-athletes of metro Detroit who are determined to earn scholarships to post-secondary institutions to further their academic and athletic endeavors. Coach Green is a member of the AFCA, NCMFC and MHSFCA. Coach Green currently has three student-athletes currently playing in college. In the 2024 season, his program posted their first undefeated regular season in school history, one All-State Nominee, two All-Region selections, 21 All-Conference selections and posted seven defensive shutouts. Marcus participated in Under Armour’s High School Coach Development Camp, earned the inaugural Under Armour/UFL Coaching Fellowship where he was a Defensive Quality Control Coach for the Michigan Panthers and was nominated as the MHSFCA 2024 Coach of the Year for Division 5, Region 4.
