CK Senior Named Presidential Scholar

Guobibi “Grace” Wang, ’17, has been named one of only three U.S. Presidential Scholars in Michigan.

The nomination is one of the highest honors a student can earn, and is based upon their academic and artistic performance, transcripts and essays, and their involvement in community service and leadership. Grace is one of only 161 students in the nation to be recognized with this award.

In 2016, Grace earned a perfect score of 36 on her ACT exam, and was selected as a winner of the New York Times Second Annual Student Editorial Contest in 2015, earning a “Top Ten” spot out of nearly 5,000 student entries.

Congratulations to Grace for her many accomplishments!
