JV girls tennis falls to Mercy

The score does not always show the effort and today that was true as CK JV girl tennis lost to Mercy.

The score was 2-6, plus 3 exhibition matches (I apologize that I did not get the final exhibition match score).

Congrats to everyone who hung in there and did their best. We learn and we grow!

Here's how it went:

1 Jahnvi and Coco: 6-1, 6-2 FTW
2 Samantha and Anna: 1-6, 1-6 (and a lot of 40-40s).
3 Maddy and Laila: 3-6, 3-6
4 Maayan and Elena: 6-3, 4-6 (9-11) So close!
5 Lisa and Cathy: 2-6, 3-6
6 Arden and Carolena: 7-6, 6-1 (now that is the way to play your second set :-)) FTW
7 Michelle and Sophie: 1-6, 0-6
8 Alice and Rose: 0-6, 4-6 (great improvement in second set!)

Exhibitions:
9 Charli and Claire: 1-8
10 Elizabeth and Alaina: 2-8 
11 TBD
