Cranes defeat Mustangs in CHSL Dual Match
The Lady Cranes golf team traveled down the road to the Oakland Hills North Course Thursday afternoon to play CHSL rival Marian HS
in a league match. Windy conditions and occasional rain showers created tough scoring conditions on the hilly Par 35 layout.
The Cranbrook squad earned a well fought victory 184-203.
Sophomore Ava Kouza led the team scoring with a score of 44.
Senior Sienna Ilitch was next best at 45. Sophomore Alina Yuan posted a solid score of 46. Sophomore Harriet Cortez, Junior Sophia Kouza and Senior Anya Samsonov all shot 49 to wrap up the team scoring.
