After a one year absence from the Golden Grizzly Invite, CK vets stepped up and ran new 4k personal records.
Fourteen of Cranbrook's sixteen runners that toed the starting line for the Golden Grizzly 4k cross country race on Friday were racing this distance for the first time. Only Adella DeCapite, for whom this was her third Grizzly and Courtney Cassidy (second) had previously run this race and the two veterans ran the course to new personal record times.
