Marian/Liggett Results

The women's swim/dive team had a split double dual meet with Marian and Liggett.  The Marian meet was tied after the 100 breaststroke (2nd last event).  Unfortunately, they ran out of steam and lost the last relay. However, they were successful in defeating Univeristy Liggett School. Congrats to the ladies, as they secured a state cut for the 200 Medley and 400 free relay.  Senior captain Hazel Strain made her state cuts in the 50 freestyle and 100 backstroke.  Sophomore Elle Brooks secured two state cuts (200 IM and 100 back). Lilly Decapite and Emily Rosenberg earned their first scores to qualify them for the Oakland County meet.
