Cranes continue on the winning streak and hold the number one spot in Division 1 standing. Cranbrook outplayed Ladywood and won their third game in a row. Captain Isabelle Scane continues her scoring power and scored the first goal for the Cranes. Sutton Thedore scored the second goal for the Cranes. Lilly Ghesquiere scored the third goal and took the lead to 3-0. Ghesquiere continues to socre in every game. In the second half Cranbrook continued their scoring power and Captain Scane scored the fourth goal for the Cranes. Scane is the leading goal scorer for and has scored six goals so far in this season. Regan Malinzak scored the last and final goal for the Cranes. Goalie Brigitte Ballard continues to secure her goal post second game in a row and did not let anyone from the opposition to score. Defense and midfield showcased their skills and strengths and supported the forwards to score the goals. They also protected the goal post and did not let opposition to score. Cranbrook will travel to Saline on Monday and will play their first away game of the season.
