Cranbrook versus Avondale High School

Cranbrook Girls JV had another great game!  We played tough and controlled most of the game against Avondale this past weekend.  It was a great game to watch and be a part of.  We had several offensive opportunities and shots from Courtney Weaver, Kendall Conway, and Kendall Adams.  We ended up scoring on a penalty kick from Kendall Conway's shot.  Defensively, Kaylie Eisenberg and Lauren Pham marked one of their stronger shooters in the middle and Vanessa Straub and Rita Yen supported each other in the center back.  Excited once again to see the girls come together and put combinations of passing and shooting together.  We are really playing soccer these days!
