Cranes Finish 3rd at States!
The MHSAA State Tournament features the best teams in the State and is often the case, Mother Nature plays a major factor in the scoring. Braving the cold and wind over two days and 36 holes, the Cranes finished 3rd on the challenging Forest Akers West course at MSU. Kate Cao was low for Cranbrook with a two day total of 175 ( 86/89). Other highlights included Molly Wiener's fine 83 on the first day and Alayna Margulis 90 on day two. Carmen Chan fired two birdies in her closing round 98, while Ashley Harrie finished her HS career with a 96. Grace Wang, making her first trip to States as an alternate, added her support cheering the team on and taking pictures.
