CK Gains Impressive Victory over Mercy to Move into First Place

In a very closely contested match, the CK golfers defeated defending Catholic League Champ and perennial girls golf powerhouse Farmington Hills Mercy 166-168 at Stonycroft Hills.  Greer Clausen was medalist with a 37, followed by Cordelia Chan with  a 38.  But the real story was the play of the  next three girl:  Holly Meers (45), Gabby Shuert (46) and Alayna Margulis (46). It was the first time that any of them had shot in the 40's in a match at Stonycroft.  In fact all five girls matched or exceeded their Stonycroft  personal best to secure this victory.
