CK Golfers Win Division at Traverse City Invite
The CK varsity golf team won the Division 2,3, and 4 portion of the Traverse City Invitational at Grand Traverse Resort over the weekend. The team shot a first round 307 on the Wolverine course, which was good for second place overall. Michael Ray shot the second lowest round of the day with a 74, while Alex Papa had the 3rd best round with 75. Senior Kyle He finished with 78, and Griffin Smith added an 80.
The Cranes shot a second round 328 on the Spruce Course, which tied for the low round on the Spruce. The team's 635 total was good for 7th place overall out of a field of 36 teams. Dylan Deogun led the team on Saturday with a round of 79. Michael Ray finished with an 80, while Kyle He continued his string of good play with an 84. Alex Papa and Griffin Smith each had rounds of 85.
