CK Volleyball mixed results at Tribune Tourney
The Cranbook/Kingswood Girls Varsity Volleyball team produced ever improving results at the Tribune Tournament at Clawson High School Saturday.
The team posted a 4-4 record in pool play including a fantastic come from being behind by 18-23 to a 26-24 win over Troy Athens!
While they weren't able to advance beyond the first play off round, the Cranes were honored to have one of the selected All Tournament Players
in team co captain Paige Weaver who tallied 25 kills and 17 total blocks (on the tourney. Other stand out performances included Katie's 17 kils, Megs 22 and Clair G.'s 17 assists, Megans' 21 and Dee Dee's 14 digs and co captain Maggie Hudson's 7 service aces. The ladies next contest is Tuesday vs. Sacred Heart.
