As with the two earlier conference jamborees, the girls cross country team finished second in the championship meet to secure an overall second place in the Metro Conference.
Named to first team all-conference was senior Andrea Gumushian. Additionally, Andrea ran to a season-best time of 20:55, placing her number three on the CK Top Twenty by class list. As with Gumushian, both Fournier and Samrah ran to season best times on this flat, fast, three loop course AND earned spots on the top twenty by class list.
Other notable runs were achieved by Senior Becca Kallen and frosh Niraja Kurapati, both of whom established new personal best times. Season best runs were accomplished by Rachel Katz, Mary Smith, and Yunni Xiao.
Overall, the girls' team ran to their fastest team time of the season (113:30 - top five times added together), plunging under an earlier season best time by nearly seven minutes.
