Successful Home Meet Against Andover on September 18th

The Girls Swim Team hosted a very successful meet against Andover, winning all three relays and six individual events. The winning relays were the 200 Medley Relay (M. McHugh, R. Dekar, J. Burton, A. Brown), the 200 Free Relay (R. O’Connor, K. Fries, R. Dekar, A. Miller) and the 400 Free Relay (A. Brown, M. McHugh, K. Fries, J. Burton). Placing 1^st in the individual events were Rachel Dekar in the 200 Free, Anna Brown in the 200 I.M. and the 500 Free, Joanie Burton in the 100 Fly and Maeve McHugh in the 100 Free and 100 Back. Taking 2^nd place was Joanie in the 50 Free, Rachel in the 100 Back and Allie Styke in the 100 Breast. Maddie Sanders, Malia Hain and Alanna Hoffman had great time drops in the 100 Free. Taylor Abbott dropped time in the 100 Back and was right on target with her race plan. Hannah Collins and Alex Miller had strong performances in the 100 Fly and Rachel had a great 200 Free Relay split. Congrats to Anna Brown who received the “Kick Board” award for a well done race in the 500 Free.      Good job CK!!!
