Girls win 2-1 get revenge against a top team GP North!

North beat us soundly last time we met in the Liggett tourney, but tonight was different. Audrey picked up the puck in the corner from Danielle, beat the defense, shot and Audrey hammered home her own rebound 1-0. In the second penalties hurt us as North tied the score on a 5 on 3 powerplay 1-1. In the third, Audrey deflected a pass at her own blue line, rushed the puck up, deked left, and tucked the puck inside the right post to take the 2-1 lead. Back and forth in the third.... the girls tried to put the game away Audrey, Ariel and Anna off the post. The fans held their breath as LaGrasso saved shot after shot for the big win! Great game girls!
