At CIS, classes and programs had diverse experiences involving such topics as dinosaurs, anthropology, economics, animal skins, astronomy, chemistry, robotics, electricity, geography, history, and local history.
CAM visits involved vault visits, outside sculptures, art labs, studio work, and gallery forums.
CCCR experiences included visits to Saarinen house, Smith House, Cranbrook House, Thornlea, and the Japanese Garden as well as tours and lectures around campus.
Students across every grade and program are benefiting from their access to the remarkable spaces, collections, and experts at Cranbrook. Exploring learning opportunities outside the classroom will continue to be a priority for the schools moving forward. Most importantly, students love the opportunity to experience the campus resources!
