“Haunted Locker Room” Brings Gothic Literature to Life (or Afterlife)
This Halloween, the 8th graders at the Middle School for Boys capped off their study of American Romanticism and Gothic Literature by converting the “Old Locker Room” into a walk-through experience made up of vignettes inspired by the works of Edgar Allan Poe.
The Pits, Pendulums, Ravens, and Telltale Hearts were a hit with the many visitors who ducked and scrambled their way through the Haunted Locker Room.
