Girls Hockey Win 7-1 in Home Opener vs. Orchard Lake St. Mary's

The Girls Hockey team had their home opener at Wallace Ice Arena against Orchard Lake St. Mary's soundly beating the Eaglets 7-1 in wonderful performances by Julia Asfour (5 goals, 2 assists), Julia Timko (1 goal, 3 assists), Abbey Hardy (1 goal, 2 assists) and Grace Sui (23 saves).  The defense of Phoebe Knoer and Sophie Antone, Megan Chen and Simar Singh (3 assists) were also amazingly stingy this game limiting Orchard Lake's scoring chances.  Newcomers Brenna Rocchini (1 assist) and Hannah Bahoora (2 assists) both had amazing games.  Not to be outdone, the line of Ameera Patel, Ranya Ahmad and Elynne Kim had a great night at both ends of the ice as well.
