Cranbrook Students Advance to National Debate Tournaments

Two Cranbrook freshmen, Martin Huang '27 and Jack Zhang '27, finished in the "Elite Eight" at the Milo National Debate Tournament this past weekend, earning a coveted Gold Bid to the Tournament of Champions in Kentucky in April. This means it is likely that Cranbrook will send three teams to the Tournament of Champions - a new record!

 

Meanwhile, Alex Wang '25 and Ori Shi '25 advanced to represent Michigan at the National Speech & Debate Association (NSDA) National Tournament in Iowa this June.
