Courts available for alumni play. 3 - 4 pm 4A Networking Event Tremain Common Celebrating HUB’s 60th - All are welcome as the African American Awareness Association (4A) Alumni hosts a networking event with Horizons Upward Bound (HUB) alumni and friends. We will remember David Mogill and celebrate the legacy of Ben Snyder as we kick off HUB’s 60th year. 3:30 – 5 pm Faculty Milestones Cranbrook Library Salute longtime faculty celebrating milestones including retiring faculty Stacy Rivard, Keith McConnell, Jim Gabriel, Vickie Abbott, and Karen Turlay. | 10 am Alumni Memorial Service Alumni Courtyard – Cranbrook Campus, adjacent to the Oval 11:30 am Alumni Lacrosse Thompson Oval 11 am - 1 pm Brunch Cranbrook Quad A special meal featuring the recipes of longtime Brookside Dietician Flora Leslie Congratulate Girls Middle School Head Stacy Rivard and Brookside Head Keith McConnell as they move on to their next chapters! 2 pm Cranbrook Center for Collections & Research Film Festival “Uncovering the Archives: Highlights from the Film Vault” deSalle Auditorium, Cranbrook Art Museum View recently digitized video from the Cranbrook Archives, including student made films from the 60s, 70s and 80s, student life in the early days of HUB, footage featuring Booth and Saarinen families, archival schools footage from the 40s, Smith House construction footage with Frank Lloyd Wright interviews. |
