TEDxCranbrookSchools Returns February 20 — Featuring Steven Wang ’20

TEDxCranbrookSchools returns on Friday, February 20 from 4–8 p.m. in DeSalle Auditorium at the Cranbrook Art Museum. Centered on the theme Ideas Worth Spreading, the evening will bring together alumni, faculty, students, and friends of the School for thought-provoking talks and lively conversation.
Among the featured keynote speakers is Steven Wang ’20, founder and CEO of dub, a rapidly growing investing platform reshaping how young investors engage with financial markets.
After launching his entrepreneurial journey as a teenager, Steven has built dub into one of the fastest-growing investing apps in the country, combining technology, design, and behavioral insight to expand access to the markets. His talk will explore innovation, risk-taking, and what it means to build in today’s fast-moving digital economy.

Steven will be joined by Chuck Garcia, Columbia University professor, executive coach, and former Head of Global Marketing at Bloomberg, whose work centers on leadership, communication, and influence. There will also be a lineup of student speakers, each making their first TED talk.
