Panelist Jason Eddleston '95:
Rooted in entrepreneurship and cultivated at the dinner table, Jason Eddleston’s business instincts are a study in both nature and nurture. Raised in Metro Detroit by parents who built companies from a flower shop to oil, gas, and trucking, Jason began solving real-world business problems long before they became a career. He studied Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management at Wharton and launched his early career in New York City across sports, music, and consumer brands. He later returned to Michigan to grow his family’s businesses and expand into ventures ranging from real estate to sustainability. In 2022, Jason brought a lifelong dream to life when he acquired Ray’s Ice Cream, using his operations and marketing expertise to preserve a beloved neighborhood brand while expanding its wholesale reach.
