Samsanov and Cohen represent Cranbrook well at Oakland County Championship.
Freshman Natasha Samsanov and Senior Captain Katheryn Cohen represented Cranbrook at Wednesday's Oakland County D1 Championship held at Pontiac CC in Waterford. The two Crane golfers qualified Individually for the Championship based on their Top 4 finishes at the D2 Championchip played ten days earlier.
Samsanov who qualified with a 2nd Place 75 at the D2 Tournament shot a score of 88 to finish 17th in the 92 player field. Cohen who qualified with a 77 at the D2 event shot a 97 which was good for 48th. Both players will get another shot at this course as it will be the host venue for Regionals on October 11th.
