Alums Beat Varsity in Annual Alumni/Varsity Basketball Game

Eight alumni came out on a very snowy Sunday afternoon, December 2, to take on the CK varsity basketball team. The Cranbrook Alumni Association , through varsity coach, Shane Finney, provided the alumni team with t-shirts. In spite of their small number, the alumni won the game. All players—alumni and varsity—enjoyed pizza and soft drinks after the game. Alumni players were: Steve Alpert ’80, Matt Trunsky ’84, Kevin Karolak ’88, David Jacob ’90, David Liu ’94, Michael Bell ’95 and Scott Schimpke ’03.
