Boys Varsity Soccer Wins Regional Championship!

It’s always a great day to be a Crane, but this Thursday was a particularly successful day for CK’s Varsity Soccer team.
The Boys Varsity Soccer team earned the regional championship title with its victory over Dexter on Thursday, October 25th at Brandon High School. The 4-1 win is the team’s first regional championship win since 2015.

“We came out and did what we do best,” said coach Chad O’Kulich regarding the players’ defeat of Dexter, a team who this year is ranked 8th in the state. “We played as a team, we created opportunities, and when you’re able to finish, it sure feels good because we’ve been in these games before when sometimes it goes your way, and sometimes it doesn’t.”

Full details about the game can be read at The Oakland Press.
