Two CK Students Headed to International Science Fair

Two Cranbrook students have qualified for the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF).
Junior Saaim Khan earned the State Grand Award, (1 of 2) and sophomore Marggie Yang earned the Regional Grand Award (1 of 6). The students were recognized at the awards banquet of the 63rd Science and Engineering Fair of Metro Detroit (SEFMD) on March 11, 2020.

Every year, tens of millions of students participate in science fairs around the globe but only about 1,800 earn the right to compete for nearly $5 million awards bestowed each May at the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF).

In all, seven Cranbrook students were recognized with a slate of awards and recognitions at the event.

Congratulations to Saaim, Marggie, and all the Cranbrook Schools students whose impressive research garnered much-deserved recognition this year.
