The girls’ residential hall is located on the historic Kingswood campus and houses about 100 girls from all over the country and the world. Girls room in double rooms with shared bathrooms, meaning there are 2 to 4 residents per suite. In addition to the amenities one would expect in a hall—coin-operated laundry machines, kitchenettes, and locked entryways—Kingswood offers a unique environment which helps girls gain independence and confidence while at the same time living within a community and respecting its members.

With study hours and mandatory quiet time, each girl is supported and encouraged in her academic endeavors. Special programs make the time in the hall not dedicated to studies enjoyable and fun, whether it is bowling at the Kingswood Lanes, making smoothies or cookies with RA’s or residential faculty, or talking, laughing, playing piano, or watching TV in one of the lounges.
