Cranbrook Schools is located on 315 acres of educational and recreational features, and offers athletic resources and facilities far beyond the usual independent school campus. Our campus boasts four complete gymnasiums, and a historic all-purpose stadium and track facility, bowling alley, as well as weight and fitness rooms.
  • The Williams Natatorium, designed by award-winning architects Tod Williams (C '61) and Billie Tsien, matches competition-level pool features with unparalleled aesthetics. Cranbrook Kingswood tennis teams can practice and compete on 12 outdoor tennis courts.
  • Our school has a long history of championship-winning ice hockey teams. Whether it's boys' or girls' varsity, the teams draw enthusiastic crowds to each home game at Cranbrook’s own all-year ice rink, the Wallace Ice Arena.
In addition to the numerous constructed athletic facilities, our sprawling grounds offer shaded paths, tree-lined trails, and natural lakes for canoeing, biking, walking, running, and cross country skiing.
