The Cranbrook Soccer/Fútbol Academy

The Cranbrook Soccer-Fútbol Academy emphasizes personal, in-depth coaching in all tactical & technical aspects of the game. Players are divided into small groups according to age & skill level. Each day will finish with a soccer game to give the players the opportunity to compete and apply new and improved skills.

This is a Co-ed program for children ages 5-10.

Cranbrook ELITE Soccer Camp

The Cranbrook ELITE Soccer Camp prepares players for the demands of the upcoming season, both physically and mentally. The key to a successful season is a productive and injury free pre-season. Practice sessions will focus on physical, technical, tactical, and psychological training. We use an intense combination of training to get players ready for the season.

MEET THE HEAD COACH:

Chad O’Kulich, professional soccer player for Asociación Deportiva Ramonense, in the Costa Rican 1st Division: USSF National "B" License; NSCAA Advanced National License; Cranbrook Varsity girls/boys head soccer coach (over 20 years); Michigan State University soccer captain/All Big Ten Honoree/Olympic Development player and Regional Team player, starter on 4 MHSAA state championships at Detroit Country Day, Director of Futurestar/ Huntington Woods Soccer Camps, Oakland Yard Athletics Plyometrics Instructor.

Chad is the coordinator of leadership in the Cranbrook Upper School, Cranbrook Wilderness leader, a Spanish teacher, and director of experiential/outdoor education for Horizons-Upward Bound.

Chad has also received numerous Coach of the Year, TEAM Academic, and TEAM Sportsmanship honors from the MHSAA. Under the leadership of Coach O’Kulich, Cranbrook has been to 4 state semi-finals and the 2014 Championship game. He has had over a 100 players receive All League, All District, All Region, and All State honors. Numerous players from O’Kulich’s time at Cranbrook have gone on to play at various Division I & III colleges. Outstanding former player, Alex King, played in the MLS with the Montreal Impact.
